Naina Semiconductor Ltd (NSL) is one of the leading manufacturers of Power Semiconductors in India. The agile company started manufacturing Standard Recovery Diodes and Fast Recovery Diodes in plastic packages and in DO-41, DO-27 and R-6 packages for Telecom applications in 1988. The quality of the components has also been convincing for Diodes with more demanding specifications, for example for applications in welding technology.
Since then, the company has continuously developed into a high-performance supplier of electrical components such as Power Diodes, Thyristors (SCR = silicon controlled rectifier), Schottky diodes (hot-carrier diodes), Z-Diodes (Zener diode), Solar Diodes, Triacs, Power Modules, Fast Recovery current rectifiers, Bridge Rectifiers, Rectifier Stacks and other Customer-specific products.
